🚙 Complimentary parking (one space per suite) is included with your stay. Park in either of the two available spaces at the front of the property (shown below). Alternatively, you may park on the street as long as you don’t block the garages or driveways of the adjacent building.
On the day of your check-in you will receive your Digital Key Code through the platform you booked (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, etc.). That code will be activated at 4:00 p.m. on your check-in date, unless otherwise agreed, and gives you access to the main entrance door and the Suite(s) you booked until 10:00 a.m. of your check-out date unless otherwise agreed.
Enter through the main door and proceed to your room.
The Namaste Suite is located on the Ground Level (refer to the Floor Plan in the Gallery).
The Spa Suite is on the Second Level, accessed by the dining area staircase (refer to the Floor Plan in the Gallery).

🙏 No parties or unregistered guests. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that you do not bring any unregistered guests or host events or parties without prior written consent.
🙏 Quiet hours. From 9:30 pm to 9:00 am, we observe quiet time in consideration of our other guests staying on the property and our neighbors. While you are welcome to use the amenities during these hours, we kindly ask that you do so without excessive noise. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
🙏 Respect others. If you booked just one Suite, there may be guests staying in the other suite. The property’s amenities border neighboring homes on the north and south sides of the property. Please be mindful of and respectful to your neighbors.
🙏 No excessive loudness, especially during quiet hours.
🙏 Do not unplug devices. There is a white Wifi extender that is plugged into an outlet of your room. Unplugging it may delete your lock code and disconnect your Wifi.
🙏 No pets unless authorized in writing.
🙏 No smoking of any kind inside or outside the property.
Spa Suite Guests Only —🚿 Shower before using the hot tub. A heated outdoor shower is provided for your convenience.
💦 No water in Suite. Please dry off before walking into the Spa Suite after using the hot tub.
🧽 Clean up after yourself. If you are not renting both suites, Please be considerate to other guests by cleaning up after yourself when using the shared amenities areas.

Notice. During your stay, you may encounter the property manager, Luis Montalvo, and/or cleaning staff in the common areas.
Spa Suite Guests only —Hot Tub. The hot tub is heated to between 101°F and 104°F 24/7. The maximum temperature is governed by the equipment, which is 104°F. If you would like the temperature lowered, please let us know.
Shared Kitchen. Each Suite is assigned to an exclusive access to one refrigerator and one dry storage bin in the kitchen, both of which are labeled with the respective Suite names. several complimentary bottled waters are provided upon arrival, but you may want to purchase more —click on "Nearby Restaurants, Stores, & Destinations" for nearby mini marts and grocery stores. A Coffee and Tea Station is provided, complete with an electric hot-water kettle, French press, pour-over coffee maker, complimentary coffee, and all the necessary condiments. Additionally, a microwave and induction cook tops are provided, along with dish-ware, flatware, and other kitchen essentials. Please show consideration for other guests by cleaning up after yourself when using the kitchen.
Shared Terrace. Located on the 2nd level, has seating for 4 and is situated next to the Spa Suite. If you are staying in the Namaste Suite, please be considerate of the neighboring Spa Suite.
Washer and Dryer. The property has a complimentary outdoor laundry area situated at the back. Guests can use the washing machine and dryer free of charge. Complimentary detergent pods are provided and can be found on a shelf next to the washing machine.
Cleaning Supplies. if needed, you can find cleaning supplies in the unmarked storage bins in the kitchen.

We are pleased to inform you that the snacks and bottled water in your room are provided to you free of charge. Additionally, the bottled water that is located in your assigned kitchen bin and refrigerator is also complimentary. And, of course, you may enjoy our coffee and tea offerings without any additional charge.

Feel free to login into your own Netflix account. Other smart apps are also available on the TV.
The Spa Suite does not have a TV.

You will find a bluetooth speaker in the closet of your suite. Please keep volumes civilized.

Air conditioning is available in each suite. The Namaste Suite is equipped with a minisplit air conditioning system, which can be controlled using a wireless remote control. Meanwhile, the Spa Suite features an HVAC air conditioning system, which can be controlled through a wall thermostat located on the west side of the bed behind the lamp on the nightstand.

Uber's are readily accessible. Many guests walk to nearby restaurants and cafes also.
