  • Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

  • Standard check-in is at 4 pm. We cannot guarantee early check-in times, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Early check-in fees are as follows:

    • 3:00 PM: $50

    • 2:00 PM: $75

    • 1:00 PM: $100

    • Noon: $150

    Let us know your preferred time, and we’ll send a payment request. If we’re unable to accommodate your request on the day of, we’ll refund any amount paid.

  • Standard check-out is at 10 am. We cannot guarantee later check-out times, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Late check-out fees are as follows:

    • 11:00 AM: $50

    • Noon: $75

    • 1:00 PM: $100

    • 2:00 PM: $150

  • Yes, your room is completely private and reserved exclusively for you. Both The Oliver locations in Phoenix and Cabo are micro-boutique hotels, each featuring just two rooms.

    If you’ve booked only one room, the property’s shared spaces and amenities may also be used by a guest in the second room. Additionally, like any hotel, our management, housekeeping, or landscaping teams may be onsite during your stay.

    For full privacy and exclusive use of the entire property, we recommend booking both rooms and adding the nightly privacy fee of $200. Please let us know if you’d like assistance with this option!
