Yes, your room is completely private and reserved exclusively for you. Both The Oliver locations in Phoenix and Cabo are micro-boutique hotels, each featuring just two rooms.

If you’ve booked only one room, the property’s shared spaces and amenities may also be used by a guest in the second room. Additionally, like any hotel, our management, housekeeping, or landscaping teams may be onsite during your stay.

For full privacy and exclusive use of the entire property, we recommend booking both rooms and adding the nightly privacy fee of $200. Please let us know if you’d like assistance with this option!
